    You can track your moving crew in real-time through our booking app or via SMS updates on the day of your move.
    Do you provide real-time updates on moving day?
    Yes, our drivers send real-time ETAs and status updates so you're always informed throughout your move.
    What if my move is delayed?
    If a delay occurs, our team will notify you immediately and reschedule at the earliest convenient time at no extra charge.
    Can I change my moving date after booking?
    Yes, date changes are accepted with at least 48 hours' notice. We'll accommodate your new schedule whenever possible.
    Do you offer support 7 days a week?
    Yes, our customer support team is available 7 days a week to help with bookings, scheduling, and any moving day queries.

    We accept cash, bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and online payments for your convenience.
    Do you provide a written quote?
    Yes, every job includes a detailed written quote with all costs clearly itemised before we begin.

    Can I request a full cost breakdown?
    Absolutely. We provide a complete breakdown covering labour, vehicle, packaging materials, and any additional services.
    Do you offer insurance for my belongings?
    Yes, we provide goods-in-transit insurance on all moves to protect your items throughout the entire journey.

    How do I book a move?
    You can book online through our booking form, call us directly, or request a free quote and we will get back to you within the hour.
    How far in advance should I book?
    We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends. However, we also accommodate short-notice and same-day moves when available.
    Do you provide packing materials?
    Yes, we supply boxes, bubble wrap, packing tape, and protective covers. Full packing and unpacking services are also available on request.
    Can you move large or fragile items?
    Absolutely. Our team is trained to handle pianos, antiques, artwork, and all delicate items with specialist equipment and extra care.
